The unit includes lever-opening side windows, blinds throughout, recessed table leg mounts, three table legs and tops, four-corner stabilizer jacks, a MaxxAir fan, seven Adaptiv cubes, six cube-top cushions, a tri-fold cushion, a complete set of surrounding cushions, and a kitchenette cube with two flip-up counters.

The HC1 shows some wear and tear but is in overall very good (not new, not excellent) condition. All the systems (lights/electrical, fan, brakes, plumbing) are in good working order. There are a few specific bumps and bruises; we'll happily share details with any interested buyers!
