A well-maintained 2015 Winnebago 31ke!  We have 2 kids headed off to college so we have to forgo the RV lifestyle for a bit. This unit is very clean throughout, inside, and outside. Non-smoking and no pets. 

Exterior:  In great shape - shiny and waxed.  No oxidation. One decal has signs of age cracking but the rest have no problems. The roof, exterior hatches, openings, and pass-throughs have all been maintained with Winnebago OEM sealants. The plastic kitchen and bathroom vent covers are also newer having been replaced. 

Interior: In great shape - no stains or marks. Microwave, sink, refrigerator, and freezer are clean and bear no marks have no weird smells. There are no tears in the furniture or flooring. The driver seat has some signs of wear on the edges.

Electronics: TV, Radio, DVD, CD, and back-up - rear-view camera all work fine.

Slideout: Works fine. Seals received regular care with lubricant.

Awning: Clean and works fine.

Tires: Original but no cracking or sidewall problems. We used a TPMS and maintained pressures consistently to manufacturer specifications. They were always covered when not in use.

Generator: Brand new. The original generator had about 900 hours on it when a rotor went bad on our last outing in the fall. Cummins quoted $3200 to fix it or $3700 to replace it. so we elected to replace it completely and the new generator now has a 3-year fully-transferrable warranty. 

Batteries: Coach batteries replaced in 2018.

Accessories: Tire-Pressure Management System and tire covers included with the sale.
