It looks brand new inside.  We have kids in sports so it was not used much the last couple of years.  We are selling it for that reason.  
Two bathrooms with a master bedroom and a bunkhouse in back. 
Sleeps 8 overall comfortably.
The front bathroom has a shower and there are hookups for a washer and dryer.
Full kitchen and the oven has never been used.
Second bathroom has an exterior door and has never been used. 
The bunkhouse has a couch that also converts to a bed and also has a hookup for a small tv.

AC and furnace. AC was only used twice.

Hot water tank.  It was drained each winter.

Camper is currently in storage but can be shown. The camper is located in Middleport NY in Western NY. 
It was only used at a seasonal site.   We do not own a truck with a fifth wheel hitch.  
It was winterized and covered each winter.
