This is a very nice motorhome with less than 22,000 miles. It shows well and is unique from the typical "boxy" C class motorhomes. It also has a slide out that makes the interior roomy for a 24-foot motorhome. Because of its relatively compact size, I have had more choices for camping sites since many sites are restricted to a maximum of 25-foot long motorhome/trailer. It sleeps up to 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids).

It has been well maintained and stored under covered parking most of its life.  When not in regular use, I start and run the engine and generator periodically to maintain them.  I have owned it for over 7 years and the previous owner had it for more than 8 years.  I have an Auto Check report that shows a clean history with no accidents.

In recent years, the improvements made include a new awning with new hardware, new Bilstein shocks, new color backup camera, new Stereo/CD player, and a new 24-inch TV.  Within the past year, services performed included new brakes, new batteries, new roof seals, and engine and generator services.  The fiberglass roof is an excellent condition. The tires are in good condition with about 7,000 miles on them.

I am only selling this motorhome because I also own a 25-foot toy hauler trailer and can no longer justify keeping both RVs.  

For the listed price, this motorhome includes a Good Sam Gold Warranty Plan good thru 5/18/2021. It is a comprehensive warranty plan that covers most RV coach and chassis components; it includes seals and gaskets, and tire protection!  

This is a very clean RV with low mileage and I have not seen any other Class C motorhomes comparable for this price.
