It has all that a Newmar coach is known for. Sleeps 4, Mileage as of today 75K, 7.5 Generator with approx. 600 hours. 2 air conditioners. 38.5 long (just below 40' Easy access to campgrounds). Everything works perfect.

Full maintenance done within the last six months including new alternator, belts, motor oil change ( fully synthetic), transmission fluid changed with filters ( fully synthetic), Chassis lubrication (fully synthetic), new air filter. Full body paint (no decals).

Also New from previous years is the living room sofa bed, floor, front two captain chairs and Desk area done at the Newmar Factory. The refrigerator was replaced in 2013.
