This trailer is like new. It only has 125 miles on it. We lived in it for 3 months while we were buying a home. Everything you need to to go camping is included. It has a new never slept on foam mattress, 45' of 50 amp power cable 1, 30' and 1, 15' and an adapter for a 15 amp connection witch will keep the battery charged and the lights on. Trailer is pre-wired for Solar power , Satellite and Cable from the factory. Potable water hose, pressure regulator and sewer hoses with adapters are included.
