Description

2011 Fleetwood Jamboree Model 22C

2nd Owner - We purchased this with 6,000 miles in 2013 and now still has low miles (21,448 as of 7/6/2020)

Very well taken care of motorhome.  We took care of it as if we would never sell it.

*All Brand New Tires 1 year ago, about 2,000 miles on them!
*Full Paint Model (except for the stickers)
*Just Detailed And Clay Bar Waxed On 6/27/2020  - Looks Like New!
*Engine Fluids Maintained (oil, coolant flushed, transmission fluid flush, etc.)
*Roof rubber stripped and replaced 2 years ago with all new rubber around roof top appliances.
*Generator Serviced every 50 hours. Last serviced 6 Months ago
*207 Hours on Generator (as of 7/06/2020)
*House batteries replaced 2 years ago
*A/C Serviced about 2 years ago
*Awning in excellent condition
*The overhead queen sleeper is very tall (can sit up)

This is a very well taken care of motorhome.  We traded up from a 5th wheel and now are looking for a diesel.

Super easy to drive and maintain, total  length 22'8".  You can literally get into almost any camping spot you want at this size.  Easy to set up also!  We always get comments after backing in how we are all set up (utilities set up, leveled, awning and matt out) and sitting having a cocktail in about 15 minutes!

This motorhome is ready to take out. We just returned a few days ago from 7 days in Lake Tahoe.  We usually are just the once or twice a month weekend type campers heading up the coast to Carpenteria, Flying Flags, Pismo, Morro Bay etc.  If we didn't take it out for some reason, we would start it up, run the engine and generator for about 30 minutes.

We really liked the floor plan of this model with the entire rear of the motorhome being a large dinette that seats at least 6 adults comfortably with a ton of cup holders.  Lots of electrical plus throughout. RV was set up for 2 TV's.  One is mounted in the rear and there is wiring for another in the front, although we never installed one there, but you could so you could watch TV in bed.

We've priced this right. For the size, year, mileage and shape it's in, it's hard to find anything close to this value for what you get.
