This unit is in excellent condition.   Has been stored inside except for when being used a few weeks a year.   Unit has been well maintained with newer replaced ST225/75R Load range E 10 ply tires, newer converter, 2- newer Norststar 31 M batteries, and a 3000 watt Go Power invertor has been added.  Added openable window in bedroom for better cross ventilation.  Also added trailer receiver and wiring for pulling 3-way.

Has basic Cougar options standard.30000 btu furnace, 13500 btu air conditioner, microwave, LP/elect refrigerator, Polar package,  6 gallon water heater, 60 gallon fresh water tank, 38 gallon black, 76 gallon grey, power jacks, rear stabilizers, awning, exterior ladder, tv and CD player/radio.  Also have replaced original mattress with a plush full queen size mattress.   Sofa folds out for bed with a air mattress.   2- 30 # LP tanks.  7000# dry weight.   Kingpin hookup.

Unit is about 29' overall from bumper to hitch and less than 12' tall as it will go under my 12' overhead door with a few inches to spare.  There is a spare tire mounted on bumper that would add about another foot to overall length.
