UNDER 10,000 MILES!

Really, under 10,000 real miles. This RV is an amazing value. Everything works great and looks amazing, including lots of brand new updates, including:

 - New Awning, Roof, and Rear Cargo Door:In mid 2019 the awning fabric was brittle (like every other older awning). A breeze caught it on Central Expressway and ripped the entire awning and assembly off the RV. Insurance replaced the awning, and the entire roof because of how it was mounted. (New roof = No Leaks)

 - Rooftop AC Unit replaced 2017. Works great.

 - Sleeps 8 people. Queen size bed in Master BR, and large sleeping area above the cab. Sofa and DR table flatten to create sleeping for 2 each (Best for kids or smaller adults).

 - HD flat screen TV has an amazing picture from onboard antennae. Clicking the “Find Channels” button on remote usually finds about 30+ free channels in most markets.

 - Gas stovetop has butcher block cover to extend counter space when not using the stove. Has new faucet.

 - Generator recently serviced by Parker Power in Carrollton. We are generally dry camping (no hookups). We run the generator for 2 – 4 days at a time with no issues.

This RV is an amazing deal. The engine, transmission and interior have almost no wear at all on them. Exterior paint is not perfect, but too bad either.
