Great condition, 47,600 miles. Bought for a long trip across the southwest this summer, cancelled by Covid!! We have taken it on several short trips and 1 long trip. Finished with what we bought it for. New roof recoating,  and front Brakes.  All systems have been checked in anticipation of long trip. Awning is huge and in great condition, no rips. Generator on board, (Onan Microquiet 4000) new radio (Xtron) with accessories. fridge works great, A/c works great. Slide for bedroom(Queen) and slide for living room,(Jack knife sofa). Has onboard leveling jacks, Tv in bedroom, Just finished cleaning it out, and had mechanic check it out, ready for you to come see!! We are in Savannah, Ga. (We have had NO health issues in our family) This motorhome is small enough that I feel comfortable driving, yet large enough that it is comfortable to travel. (I don't drive when we pull the fifth wheel!)
