This camper is practically brand new. It has only been used 5 times. It was bought to travel in but due to circumsatances to other opportunities, I have decided to let it go. It does come with a 5 year paint warranty, 5 year road side assitance warranty, and and a 5 year extednded warranty which all transfer to the new owner. The price does include a back up camera installed at the dealer when I purcdhased it. It has never been smoked  in. It has all the features for home away from home.
The camper is rated for 4 seasons and can  be used for full time rving or a weekend or a month if that is  your lifestyle. The master bed is a king size bed. There are two queen pull out sleepers in the den with two heated pull out lounge  massage chairs. Aslo, in the den is the 50" tv with surround sound and dvr. It does have a 12 galon water heater and a  35,000 BTU furnance. Also for those chilly nights ther is a 40" fireplace to take the chill out of the air. The kitchen has a 18 cubic  refrigerator and freezer.
