We purchased the unit brand new at Southland RV in Norcross, GA. We have thoroughly enjoyed traveling in the unit with our two boys that are now 9 and 12, for the last 3 1/2 years. We are starting a new adventure into the boating world. We have kept all the maintenance current at the factory HQ in Jackson Center, OH. To the best of my knowledge, everything in the unit is functioning normally. I have also included two Yamaha EF 2000i generators and the weight distributing hitch and sway controllers system at the asking price. If the price is reduced, that offer may be renegotiated.
