If you cannot come see this in person, and want me to hold it with a deposit while you work out your travel plans from far away don't bother.  If you live too far away to come look at it, you live too far away.  Owned by an older couple, used only three times, many custom features, screen room, tool racks, sliding access panels, custom bed configurations available including original fold down seat/bed conversion, owner built beds or combination - all options transer to new owner  This trailer has been kept in our barn its whole life.  Great little camper for the right people.  Furnace, hot water heater, TV hookups, Microwave, Sink, 2 burner stove, CD player, Indoor shower and toilet, Outdoor shower, Awning, Air conditioner, Privacy curtain, Black water waste hose storage added, stabilizer jacks, propane tank, good battery, custom night vision lighting.   Cool camper for an active couple on a budget.
Stats: Height of door -68 inches, width between wheel wells 57.5 inches, length from door to cabinets 7 feet 2 inches, fresh water capacity 10-15 gallons, gray water holding, about 30 gallons.  Black water holding, not sure, probably around 15 gallons.  Spare tire, 2 inch ball, all appliances were working at last use, no known issues but also no warranty is provided.  I will only show this to principal buyers, not intermediates or third party inspectors.  I will not deliver this any further than 50 miles and only after payment in full.  If this ad is still up, it is still for sale.
