PRICE CHANGE FOR FAST SALE FROM: $55,000 To Now $45,000.00

RV 2007 Jayco Melbourne 29C     This RV has less than 26,000 original miles. We purchased this from our uncle in 2018 since then there have been problems with my wife’s  health to the point we can no longer continue our dream of traveling. We have put less than 1000 miles on this RV And most of that was driving from Syracuse NY to Harrisburg,Pa for the purchase Of the RV, inspections and updates to our specifications for safe travels and turnkey fun. Here is a list of items that we have just accomplished since November Of 2019. and other items my uncle did prior to selling this to us.    1. My uncle had Tires all replaced in July 2016 then less than 5500 miles have been put on the tires.   2. He also added a new queen size mattress for us which has never been slept on.   3. Uncle purchased two new tail lights and install them in 2018   We bought the RV in October 2018 we had Camping World RV sales in Harrisburg go through the entire vehicle for inspection and we added.   1. A complete winterization which is still winterized on account of our health and never able to use the RV.   2. We also bought a new cover for the exterior of the RV which was only used the winter of 2018 and 19. This year it was at RMS RV repair shop from October 2019 to February 20th 2020. (RMS SEALED EVERYTHING ON THE ROOF TUNED THE MOTOR AND GENERATOR ECT. )   3. Replaced the Engine Battery June 13, 2019.   Within the last four months we have had the “front brakes Replaced” and “Rotor” On the drivers side replaced. The “Onboard Generator” fuel pump was replaced and entire generator was cleaned. The generator has less than “65 hours on it”.    The entire rear end of the RV has been completely “Custom Painted” and repaired where the lights were replaced and all rewired. Has had a “Custom Ladder” added to the rear of the vehicle also.    Replaced the “Air Conditioner Cover on the roof” and “Caulked all roof vents”, “Removed Caulking from corner of the windshield and Recaulked the Windshield”. “Replaced the Shroud” “Replaced Slide-out Topper in the rear drivers side”. “Replaced exhaust hanger” on generator, checked all slide out seals and repaired, found the caulking in the corners of the slide out wall opening was cracked, “Calked both top corners of the slide out openings”.       We have all the copies of receipts of maintenance that has been done to be given to the new owners along with a grill that attaches to the LP on the outside of the RV, a carrying container for extra extension chords wheel covers, ect.
