This coach is in excellent condition all around and everything works very well, serviced regularly and most everything has been upgraded. All service and upgrades have been done by Benchmark RV. Cummins B 5.9 pusher, Banks exhaust system with boost and exhaust temp gauge, Compression engine braking system, Allison 6 speed transmission. Onan 7.5 RV GenSet diesel generator draws from engine fuel tank (1308 hours). Air brakes. Hydraulic jack leveling system. New house batteries 3/1/20 (2 - 6volt). New engine batteries 3/1/19 (2 - 12volt). Roof leaks have been pached by Benchmark RV. Black and gray tanks have been replaced. All appliances in perfect working order. Dometic refrigerator upgraded and replaced in 9/6/19. Upgraded faucets and shower valve and head. Ceiling exhaust fans in galley and bathroom upgraded to Fantastic Fans with roof shroud. Reupholstered driver and passenger swivelling captains chairs. Living room / galley slide out makes it extremely roomy. Sofa bed and large recliner chair in living room. Awning and all awning hardware are in new condition. Trailer brake controller installed and working. 7 way trailer wiring in perfect working order. New rear facing camera and new 9" color monitor. Michelin 235/80 R22.5 XRV tires in perfect shape with no cracks (manufacture date 2015)
