One owner bought new in July of 2018. Selling because I have only used it four times. It has been in covered storage since I owned it. I purchased a back up camera and new hitch/leveling/stabilizer/sway bars that come with it. $1000+ value. Brand new batteries June 28th. My trailer has a bathtub shower combo. Much better for young kids. 3 beds, closet, and tv in the back with a slide out. Two heated/massage recliners and a fold down kitchen table. Recliners still have the plastic on the foot rests. Queen bed still has the plastic on it. The trailer is in a warehouse storage facility in Clackamas, Oregon. Hours to see it are 9-2 Monday - Friday. I purchased the trailer for $42,500 and owe $39,000. Don't buy new and take the depreciation hit. This is like brand new.
