Ford Transit 350 HD XLT

Designed and built by an architect and a professional designer, this custom-converted 2017 Ford Transit 350 HD XLT high roof with less than 20,000 miles is ready for your next adventure.  Built on the longer wheelbase with an extended length, this spacious van interior is a mix of warm wood tones and cool grey accents. Wrap-around windows let you to take advantage of the view you want and custom fit insulated curtains with magnetic attachments allow you privacy when you need it.  

The versatile rear area with 5” gel memory foam cushions easily transforms between causal seating, queen-plus size bed and dining area. The folding table has a Lagun leg to maximize maneuverability and two mounting locations- at the rear as a coffee or dining table and near the rotating passenger seat as a desk or additional counter space.  

The 6-foot long solid walnut butcher-block countertop has a stainless steel under mount sink and nickel faucet with pull out sprayer. The kitchen features white oak cabinets with magnetic locking drawers and a Dometic CFX-75DZW 12 volt refrigerator/freezer. A 2.6-gallon Dometic portable toilet (that has never been used) is also stored in the lower cabinets. The Upper cabinets are a mix of open and closed storage to maximize functionality while maintaining an open feel.  

Magnetic screens on the sliding and rear doors, combined with the ceiling mounted Sirocco II gimbal fan and Maxxair vent fan, allow for maximum airflow to keep you cool. Additionally, rear air conditioning and heat are available while the engine is running. A removable third seat provides space for an extra passenger. Front driver and passenger airbags only.  

Dimmable LED strip lighting illuminates the entire space, while three LED spotlights provide task lighting in the kitchen. An additional light is provided near the sliding door. 12-volt outlets are distributed throughout the rear section for easy charging, and 120-volt power strips are provided near the kitchen.
