18' Garage, 5 Queen Beds, 4 TV's & 3 Slide Outs!! Floating rear tailgate patio with surround, patio stairs, awning and sliding "All Season" screen doors.  Excellent conditon, like new. 3 slide outs and one of the few trailers that you can access the kitchen, couch and watch tv while the slide outs are pulled in during travel. Only used a couple times, this 5th wheel has everything and then some.  Plenty of room for all your toys with a 18' garage seperated by a sliding glass door so you never smell fuel (or the kids) and a washable tuff-ply oil/gas resistant floor with roll up carpet.  Upgraded the tv in the garage to 55" and DVD sterio system.  Also added a five battery system to insure you never run out of power.  Upgraded the tires with brand new 14 ply tires, only 1K miles on new tires. When I purchased it new I added a clear coat protection on the exterior and on the leather couches, still has remaining of the 7 year warranty on those.  We are the original owners.  If your looking for a like new, well maitained 5th wheel and want to save thousand over buying new then you've found it.
