PENDING SALE 07/21:

2016 Spree 3 Slides, we purchased new off the lot May 2018 and original owners, this was KZ’s luxury trailer.  It’s been used 2 seasons only and non-smoking and pet free.  Trailer is perfect for extended living or weekend jaunts.  It’s super roomy with 3 big slides (2 are opposing so living area is big) and an electric fireplace for chilly mornings.  

It has a huge kitchen storage pantry, big refrigerator, bathroom linen closet and an additional vanity cabinet, and the bedroom storage unit has two larger hanging lockers, an upper cabinet, two drawers plus there’s a separate dresser too...lots of storage!
The bedroom has a pocket door for a private bathroom entrance.  

We had a Dometic convection microwave installed, which is an amazing appliance.  This trailer has the stand alone dining table with 4 chairs (only 2 shown since that’s all we needed), and a hidden leaf extension.  It’s an extremely comfortable travel trailer. 

We made several upgrades including new, very comfortable furniture that includes a wall-hugger power recliner (husband has back issues) and a dual reclining full size couch.  Other upgrades: Mor-Ryde entry steps, 50” Samsung Smart TV,  exterior TV mount & power, 2nd AC unit, 2nd awning, larger double door refrigerator,  King  bed with memory foam mattress.

Screens were changed to “micro-screening” so no bugs get in.  There’s a bath vent with rain sensor and remote, a power vent in living room, power tongue and stabilizer jacks.  Husband upgraded all tires to Goodyear 10 plys.  
We pulled this with our 2010 GMC half-ton easily.

A rear fold down utility carrier was added for our moped, battery cut-off switch, black tank wash down, added directional off-on ceiling louvers for precise air control, and more.  

The trailer has waxed and UV roof treated twice a year.  Everything works, never any leaks, and meticulously maintained, pulls great.

We’ve bought a permanent trailer at our seasonal spot so we are selling this.
