This is 32 ft on a Ford chassis with a Triton v10 engine that has had consistent oil changes, and has just over 16,000 miles on it.   There are 3 slide outs.  It has a rear master bedroom on slide out with queen size mattress (not the one that came with it, we replaced it), bathroom with brand new toilet, sink and stand up shower, has full kitchen with sink, stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space to store anything you may need to take with you on the road.   There is a TV mounted on the wall in the master bedroom.  It has a dining area on a driver’s side slide out with the kitchen and opposite of that is a slide out with the couch and fridge opening the living room/ kitchen area into a nice spacious common area for all to enjoy. The couch has a pull out on it for sleeping and the kitchen table also can be used for sleeping area and there is also has a loft bed over the cab.  There is a TV that can be remotely maneuvered to be used in the living room, dining area or loft bed. This radio can also be used in the RV to play DVDs that play on the TV in living area or the bedroom TV.  Everything in RV functions as it should furnace, roof a/c, fridge/ freezer, water heater, all lights, generator, slides all function, all vehicle functions work as should heat, a/c, cruise, gauges, DVD/CD player, side and rear cameras. RV has had work done at the Jayco factory directly as it went in for warranty work and had issues that were found and all fixed for either safety or other recalls that were made have been fixed.  The original cost of this RV in 2016 was over $130,000.  We also had a security system put into it with cameras inside that report to your cell phone if doors or tampered with or someone gets into RV at a cost of $2,400.  Sale would also include all additional equipment we purchased for it.
