New tires but rarely seen the road as a young family with four kids used it as our home away from home during the summer.  This well-maintained 36 ft Rv sleeps 10 with two bedrooms. One is a master with bath and shower.  The other bedroom on the opposite end is a bunkhouse with two fold down bunks and 2 pull out couches along with an attached half bath. Bench dining and couch in living room also turns into beds. Has tons of room with four slides and loads of storage. Indoor and outdoor sound system along with two TVs. The pictures tell a better story than any description could.
