2011 Forest River Surveyor Sport Eco-Lite Edition SPT292 model.  This camper has a 12' slide out that opens up the living area. This camper also offers a 32" flat screen mounted and tucked away in the bedroom as well a smaller one in the living room that can be swung out for viewing.  A larger TV can be mounted on the TV mounting plate. A new 18' canopy was installed and is electrically controlled along with a new 6-gallon water heater installed recently, 15K AC, 13,500BTU and blows cold. Day/night shades along with an interior luxury package, exterior luxury package.  New BT stereo was installed several months ago with outside speakers.  The new backup camera was installed along with 7" screen that can easily be assembled in a minute.  The new tire monitoring system (TPMS) is also included to monitor both the pressure and temperature of your tires.  The aluminum split-spoke wheels with brand new tires recently.  Two spare tire one mounted on the back plus a backup brand new tire and rim.  The leveling system is in front of the camper outside.  New propane detector installed as well a new CO2 and smoke detector installed good for 10 years and batteries do not need to change. Comes with a new 30 amp cord along with a new surge guard.  Inside has to comfortable rockers with a wrap-around kitchen eating area that seats 6 and turns into a bed.  A smaller couch that is very comfortable and also turns into a bed for smaller children.  Oven and stove like brand new along with a microwave.  Brand new power jack at hitch with anti-sway bars included.  Both doors on camper have Camco screen door cross bar handles.  This camper was well maintained and has very little wear but only in unnoticeable areas.  The camper itself is 28 1/2 feet long and from the rear bumper to tongue 32 feet.  Original cost was $29,619.00 and the average NADA cost today is 13,450 which banks go by to obtain a loan.  You would need to put 20% down if you go through a bank loan and it would be most likely a 10-year term.  This camper is a great family starter RV and I pull it with my RAM 1500 pickup.  We are upgrading to a newer model and the reason why we are selling it.
