2010 Roadtrek RS Adventurous Class B Motorhome in excellent condition only 73,152 miles, named Bertha. She’s been a joy, but we want to upgrade to a new RV.
Engine: Bertha rides on the double dually RAM 3500 Mercedes Benz Sprinter Chassis. Has the Mercedes 3.0 L CRD 6 cylinder Turbo Diesel with 115 kW/154 HP and 26 US Gallon diesel tank. Can tow a trailer, car, or boat up to 5000 lbs. 
Size: Bertha is just under 23 ft. long, 9 ft. 7” high & 6 ft. 8” wide. As avid Boondockers, we love that we can park her in any regular parking space.
Power: Bertha comes with a 750 W Inverter w/3 step 45 amp charger -12/100V, 760 amp battery and TWO 12V auxiliary deep cycle batteries,  & a 2.5 kW remote-start Cummins ONA propane Generator (12 US gal. /50 lbs.), which has been used for only 55 hours and keeps everything powered anywhere we go. The monitor panel shows capacities in all tanks and power sources. She also has smoke, propane, and CO detectors.
Sleep Accommodation: The rear twin beds can be left as such or put together to make a King-size master bed. It sleeps 2 adults in the back and 2 children (or pets) in the front. The windows are tinted deep for privacy. Has cloth curtains all around and windows are treated with Roman Shades/Blinds to manage privacy and outside light.
Kitchen: Beautiful granite countertop with a 2 burner cook top, pantry beside stove, drawers, convection microwave/oven, and a 3.8 cu. ft. fridge w/ freezer that runs on 12V battery, 110V AC, or Propane. Also a quick LPG BBQ connection outside. 
Bathroom: The wet bathroom has swing open doors, a vanity sink, mirror, and a shower with curtain. Dumping out is very easy and convenient with the 12V macerator pump.
Home Theater system with 5.1 surround & dual center & rear speakers. Original radio was replaced with Kenwood DDx374BT In-dash DVD Receiver w/ 6.2” Touch Display & SIRIUS XM Tuner Adapter. Also has a flat Samsung TV with external Winegard® Antenna. 
Seating: The cab has 2 swiveling, dual armrest seats with lumbar support and 2 passenger seats, all are genuine leather. The 4th seat (still available) was replaced with the optional Armoire/wardrobe for extra storage space. 
Storage: For a class B RV, we love that there is plenty of storage space everywhere. The rear cargo doors open all the way to give lots of space. The mesh screen keeps the bugs out. The side sliding door opens wide to give plenty of room to walk in. It also comes with a 500 lbs cargo carrier trailer for extra loads.
