I have seen gas as much as a dollar a gallon cheaper than diesel, and with 330 hp and 450 lb.-ft torque you will not have any problems, even in the mountains. I cruse at 65 mph towing a car and get around 10 mpg. Just had six new tires installed. 
If you are ready to hit the road you can feel comfortable that this motorhome will get you there and back without problems.
