This Beautiful Class A Diesel pusher has very LOW mileage of 56,930, a New Magnum 2800 Watt (Pure Sign) Inverter (upgraded from the old 2000 watt modified sign wave), Brand New Steer Tires (Toyo, 295-80R. 22.5), only 748.5 Hours on the 7500 Watt Quiet Diesel Generator, a brand new electric Toilet, a New 200 Amp Alternater, a new Passengers side slide out topper, Batteries are in good shape, Four rear tires are in good shape.  It has a Solar panel and solar panel charge controller to charge the house batteries. coach has two Fantastic fans.The side-by-side Refrigerator is 12 CF, (we installed a special fire extinguisher with a heat sensor trigger) in the rear of the refer for additional safety. The coach has a three hundred seventy (370HP) horse power Cummins engine with 1250 Ft. Lbs. torque and matched up to the Alison MD3060, 6 speed transmission. Plenty of power for the Sierras or anywhere else.  We pulled a heavy Jeep four door Wrangler behind it and it didn't even know it was there(10K Towing Capacity). It has 10K pound Blue-Ox tow bar with all the cables etc for towing. The coach has two gas forced air heaters 20K (BTU) each, two 13,500 Roof A/C's, with heat pumps. The entry is beautiful Laminated wood flooring, Kitchen and Bath are 12" x 12" tiles, bedroom and living room are carpet. All cabinets through out the coach, as well as the sliding pocket doors are Natural Cherry Wood and gorgeous. It has a 43" LED smart TV in the front. The kitchen & bathrooms have Corian counters and sinks, two burner gas stove (40 gallon propane tank). The exterior is custom Full Body paint (No decals). ALL the interior lights have been upgraded to LED's. Fuel tank is 150 gallons, Black tank is 40 gallons, grey is 60 gallons. Fresh water capacity is 100 gallons. There are two manual slide out trays in the lower compartments and plenty of storage throughout.  The awning is a Care Free of Colorado electric one touch. It has a Jacobs brake. The coach weighs about 31K pounds empty and has about 6K pounds carrying capacity(All your stuff). 37,600 Lbs. GVWR and 47,600 GCVWR = 10K Towing Capacity. The coach floats on a RoadMaster chassis with eight Bilstien shocks and eight big air bags. Coach has a one piece Fiberglass Roof, two Max-Air vent covers ( so your vents can be open in the rain.
