2017 Heartland North Trail Caliber 27BHDS - Immaculate Condition
Single owner.  Used for 9 camping trips close to our home.  Cleaned after each camp, and before winterizing.  Caliber edition with several upgrade options. For campers with a large family, this trailer would be spectacular.  The dual slide option with the island really opens up the living space and is very comfortable.
Replaced the original trailer mattress with a real mattress-only used for 7 camp trips, so it is basically brand new.
Stored at home, winterized each end of season, covered for the winter. Generous storage space inside. The bunks have never been used for all night sleeping. We have kept the original covers on the pads fully covered with full sized quilts which are laundered each end of season. The kitchen table/bench can be converted to another full size bed. The couch can be converted to another full size bed. The couch and the 2 kitchen table seats have full storage area under them, as does the foot of the main bed. This trailer sleeps 10. We installed an aftermarket shower head that has an on/off switch to help save water while showering. We installed a few hooks and soap/bottle holders in the bathroom. The black tank has a built in flush system that rinses and cleans the system when you are emptying the tank. Oven used twice, works well. Microwave and stove work great, as well. The fridge/freezer holds a lot of food, and maintains temps nicely. It can run on either gas or electric. The outdoor party fridge is electric only. We we told it was wired for satellite and solar.

Reading through the documents, it appears these are transferrable, but there are a few required steps for that to be done.
