Thanks for looking at our 2015 Keystone 31BHPR Premier Bunkhouse , Here’s the deal on this Camper, we bought this camper six months ago for right at 21K, we chose the Premier which is the highest model of Keystone for features like the composite walls & frameless windows & the fact that it sleeps 10+ , we usually have at least 6 people so we needed the room, unfortunately our plans have changed & we need to sale , we have only used this camper one time , I believe this is a awesome deal on the camper with some below tips & features

• We bought this camper from a individual, we looked for a camper for about three months & all most bought from Camping World , we were shocked to see what the “Out to Door” price was, bye the time you pay fees & taxes , we bought this from a person in FL, we paid the asking price & when we registered back in GA, we only had to pay for ad valorem tax ( around $185 ) some states may be different , but this saves us thousand from buying from a dealer

  • Camper has a full cover that is included
  
  
  • Camper comes with 3 TV’s
  
  
  • In March we had a custom hitch installed ( $400 ) and had the axles serviced ( $185 ) , the hitch was to pull a small trailer with our golf cart on , also can be used for a bike rack
  
  
  • Installed a new kitchen faucet , new LED lights under the awning, a new electric tongue jack, new battery, added a battery kill switch, replaced a couple of LED Interior lights , replaced the front LP Tank cover ( faded )
  
  
  • Instead of the Factory Mat in the rear bunkhouse slide out, a $450 Futon Couch that makes into a bed was installed
  
  
  • The Camper mattress was changed out to a home mattress
  
  
  • The outdoor kitchen has the optional rear swing out grill
  
  
  • Camper is #6,457 lbs , so can be pulled with most ½ ton vehicles
