RARE Custom Ordered OPEN ROAD from Tiffin!

This non smoker coach has the rare combination of chocolate colored cabinetry and light cream colored leather. In 2015 not one RV dealer had this color combo in stock in Central Florida! I waited 2 months for her to arrive in June of 2015 and she was worth the wait; it's stunning! This is a well loved coach.

Sleeps 6, with King Size bed, drop down bed over the cab and with a toilet separate from the shower. As the owner I have spared no expense in getting the proper maintenance done. Everything works.The fun part of this coach is that it fits in 2 back to back parking spaces, so finding parking for groceries was never a problem (34'8). The other great advantages of this coach is Tiffin's quiet 2 roof air conditioners, LED lighting, and a 110 Outlet so the co-pilot can work/play!

For 5 years I paid $280.00 a month to store her inside a warehouse so she looks like new!

June 26, 2020 I purchased 2 Micheline front tires, had alignment checked, and installed new shocks for her next owner ( See invoice in photo section ). The rear 4 tires were inspected and are in good condition. Late last year I replaced the residential refrigerator -it has never been used. The house batteries were also replaced recently. January 29, 2019 had Independence RV do a 45 point inspection (report available upon request).
