The first week of June we did the following:

• Replaced 6 tires, alignment
• Full engine, chassis, service, all filters changed (done every 6 months regardless of use Freightliner Las Vegas)
• Replaced all shocks
• Lubed both slide outs (every 6 months)
• Replaced front AC unit (camping World) 13,500 W/Heat pump
• Replaced the Main Door window surround (these crack the mounting brackets every 5-7 years of the door slamming)
• Full Detail / Shampooed carpets
• Cleaned Gray & Black tanks

I am sure I am leaving a lot out.  This unit is exceptionally clean. I see units out there with less miles, however, you must see the care and maintenance we've done to appreciate.  The majority of miles came from the 1st owner taking 3 coast to coast trips.  Even if it sits, things go bad without maintenance. Its ready to jump in and go.
