Ordered brand new from factory with every option offered! Always kept in covered storage, still looks great! Three cable slides with the original large motors and cables that OR no longer offers! We've never had an issue with our slides in 8 years of a lot of travel! We had additional steel framework welded under the trailer to prevent any cracking or stress. MorRyde SRE4000 added when new! Always towed very gently with a Hensley TrailerSaver BD3 hitch. (hitch available separately) Newer Maxxis tires with plenty of miles left on them. Pleather matching recliners and two person sofa (with new mattress, size is between twin and full). Dinette table has two leaves and can seat six. There are four padded dining chairs, one of which turns into a very sturdy stepladder. ALL cabinets/dresser are REAL ash wood! ALL drawers are dovetailed! (not stapled and glued balsa wood as on newer rigs) Norcold refrigerator (10 cubic ft), stove with oven that actually bakes evenly and lights easily. Pull out pantry rack. Storage over microwave. Three Battleborn Lithium batteries ($1K each!), 3000 watt controller; monitors, etc. We have stayed off grid for a week at a time with no problems. Solar runs everything but a/c! (If you add a soft start option, you could run the a/c for limited time)  We are only selling because we're aging out of camping. We've loved it and hate to sell but it's time.
