2010 5th wheel camper in excellent condition. 
sleeps 10 comfortably plus floor space to put air mattresses to sleep additional guests.

4 slides and bunkhouse with 4 bunks.

Lost of headroom in camper and bedrooms. Master bed is very comfortable. 

2 bathrooms, 3 TV's , washer and dryer hookups, two propane tanks, outdoor burner and sink, lots of inside and outside storage including a pass through storage that held two large dog crates. Bedrooms have large closets and dressers. 

Two A/C units on separate controls . One for master bedroom and one for rest of the camper. Large ceiling fan in living room. electric slides work great, elect awning works great, electric leveling jacks work great and easy to set up. 

camper on permanent site in Northeast PA but brought home in the winter, put on cement pad and covered. Camper alone asking 20000 . Permanent site with shed and large supply of wood, gazebo, Golf cart, misc chairs and camping supplies and paid site which overlooks the pond and is a prime site at this campground asking 23000 for this package.
