As close to like new as you can expect. 24,900 miles, housed indoors its entire life. Hasn't seen sunlight more than 250 days. Exterior looks almost new. Interior in excellent condition. Great décor. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. CA coach never seen snow. Most trips within CA. 

Housed at same INDOOR place since new. Serviced for each trip. Any bugs always fixed upon return. Have a file cabinet full of records detailing maintenance history. You won’t find a better maintained coach anywhere. Unlike many coaches were some switches/lights or other little things that get ignored, EVERYTHING works as it should. This thing REALLY is clean throughout. All manuals included. Used mostly for day trips. We are technically 2nd owner, but was purchased 9 yrs ago from very close friend. It’s been in the same extended family since new and housed at the same indoor RV place since new.  

As part of maintenance, All tires & batteries were replaced about 4 yrs ago (due to age, not wear). Front shocks new in past 3 yrs. Orig queen mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Replaced with higher quality residential queen mattress. Coach was mostly used for day trips. Bed hasn’t been slept in more than 10-15 times. Has a rare full built-in booth dining table (instead of the flimsy fold out table and loose chairs seen in most).  

Per my online research, most of these are priced from $110,000 - $149,000. Lower priced ones had higher miles with many having ugly décor. This one is priced very reasonably to sell at $129,900. Please, no lowball offers. Save both us the time. This is a VERY VERY nice & clean coach, easily worth top $$ of any on the market. For a coach with this mileage, condition & maintenance since new, price is more than reasonable. Have already turned down offers over $100K and will continue to do so. Listing publicly for first time ever 06/2020. I truly don’t believe there’s a Country Coach Allure built from 2005-2009 that is nicer than this on the market.
