This is a great unit!  Well cared for by original owner, non-smoking and being offered only because we need to downsize.

Very clean with everything in good working order.
Kitchen has double bowl sink, large frig, convection/microwave oven and lots of storage.  Shower/toilet and sink for self contained use.
Outdoor grill attachment is included, equipped with outdoor gas connection and outdoor water.
Entertainment center has radio/DVD player with surround sound and LCD TV mounted.
This unit is great for all weather camping with ducted A/C for cooling and ducted furnace for heat, both work great, and it has a ceiling fan.
For cold weather use, the unit includes insulated floor and heated water storage tank.
Dual 30 lb propane tanks.  30 amp power and DC inverter
Also included is the front tripod and fifth wheel hitch for short bed mounting.
