Extremely well maintained trailer, only used by one family. Purchased one month ago for 11K, bought for my family member in a bind and was never used.  Both sides have electrical pullouts to provide plenty of space. Also includes two full awnings on both sides of trailer, weathered but functional. Also was told by previous owner that about 10 years ago the leaf spring slipped on it. They had to pull off the road and had a certified welder repair and reinforce. Didn't have any other problems since then. Never in an accident or collision. Hard to find bathtub in bedroom as well.
