We have everything you need to hookup and drive away to start your camping adventures! We are selling an *almost* new 2020 Grand Design 311BHS fifth wheel bunkhouse.  We have put about 1,500 miles on the RV. This model sleeps up to 8 people, has 1.5 baths, an outside kitchen, two electric awnings, dual air conditioners, an electric fireplace, and SO MUCH storage. Purchased in October 2019 so EVERYTHING is still under warranty.

Front door has an upgraded RV Lock with key fob. We upgraded the mattress, which is in a fully enclosed mattress cover (it's a stock queen bed, we just switched to a more comfortable mattress). The shower head is upgraded to add more water pressure. We've installed a few hooks for additional storage.
