The toyhauler is smoke free, and has had no pets inside. The kitchen is very spacious and the oven has never been used. The master bedroom closet and pantry are spacious as well. Nice fireplace and the RV comes with three TV's and a refrigerator on the outside. Barstools made into the bar for extra sitting. The toyhauler part has two electric beds that come down for extra beds for those extra guest. The RV has auto leveling as well.
