Looking for an RV that has room with a luxurious feel? This one may be right for you.  This 2015 413rll fith wheel has been so good to us. We have lived in this and traveled across the U.S with my husband's job and had no problems at all. She is well cared for and ready for new adventures. This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath RV.  Some  upgrades since we have purchased are: We placed 3 new smart TVs, replaced the carpet last year, and placed a queen size and twin size matress in the two bedrooms making sleeping feel like your right at home.  The leather sofa has been replaced with a two seater reclining couch for a total of three reclining seats. We had an undercoating done to the exterior to protect the undercarriage. The thing I love most about this open range is that the island in the kitchen is mobile!  All countertops are corian.  3 burner gas stove and full size microwave make cooking a breeze. All the cabinets in this RV are all real wood. The table has 2 slides and seats all guest comfortably.  This RV has the artic package and withstands the cold with no problems at all.  Hot water heater is gas or electric and holds 10 gallons. Rhe water is extremely hot and heats fast just using electricity. The bathtub is nice for the kiddos but the adults have used it. There are 2 AC units 15,000 BTUs per unit. The master bedroom has its own thermostat making temp regulation easy.  40,000 BTU heater.  This RV comes with power auto leveling jacks and upgraded maxis tires.  The awning is 19 ft. And is also electric Covering the main door.  The awning is a little sun beat from being in the desert sun, but we will replace with serious offer.  The fith wheel can go with the RV if needed. Also, with a notice we can bring her to you and talk you through the set up process if your a first time traveler. We will need to arrange the date around my husband's schedule is all.
