This RV has been diligently taken care of. It is in very good repair and great shape! We have manuals in a binder for all the components with dates of purchase and replacement. It is not worn out, dirty or needing any repairs! Ready to go on the road with you right now.

You do not need a big pickup to pull this 5th wheel. It has 3 slides, 36 foot long or 38 feet with bike rack extended on rear of trailer. It weighs 10000#'s empty, GVW is 12000 and it pulls fine with a 3/4 ton. It has 4 new tires, so no cheap China tire worries here! The great big rear living area with double slides gives you a 14 foot wide living area with brand new fireplace and sectional couch when both slides are rolled out.

It is 50 amp hookup and has 2 AC's! The AC in the living room is only a year old and runs ice cold! No worries with this trailer about the RV Norcold refrigerator unit recall/fire hazards on the RV frig in this rig. We bought a Heir replacement Residential refrigerator from Lowes Hardware in 2016. It is 10 cubic feet and twice as big as the original RV frig this unit came with. The freezer kept our food frozen solid when traveling without being plugged in! Water heater was replaced in 2018. The 32 inch Vizio tv in the living area is less than a year old.

We just purchased a new Zinnus Queen sized mattress for the bedroom.It's never been slept on! There is a Washer/dryer hook up in bedroom. (Washer and Dryer are available but it will be a separate purchase if you are interested, we have not included these 2 units in price of trailer).

It has a hideaway rack on the rear bumper for bikes, etc. which can be pushed under the trailer and stowed when you have nothing to haul behind you. Plenty of storage in the full pass through that has the easy open door latches. You will love the electric awning the first time the wind kicks up or it unexpectedly starts to rain.just hit the button and run it in! Lots of cabinets with the cherry wood cabinet doors and even a coat and shoe closet as you come in the door. It has the POLAR package which means the underbelly is enclosed and heated.

NADA says the low retail would be $29720.00 for this trailer and the average retail would be $35795.00. We have it listed for $24000, so there's a lot of trailer here for the price we're asking for it!
