I've owned my fifth wheel for 2 years and am the second owner. It's been stationary and only used by me since purchased. Comes with full size refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen with corian counters. Bedroom has a King size bed with large closet, tv, washer/dryer hookup in  other closet, and more storage space under the bed. Living room has surround sound speakers w large flat screen tv and fireplace. fifth wheel has 4 bump outs and retractable awing. Has added cold friendly upgrades so is able to withstand colder temps better. Extremely clean and well taken care of.
