Garage kept since new, very well maintained TAG AXLE Tiffin Pheaton with lots of extras.  I put all new tires on it two summers ago, and all new batteries last June.  it has many upgrades like self aiming off-air tv antenna, coded lock and entry handle, vacuum kick plate, safety steer (set up by safety steer in Atlanta) all-LED interior lighting, and mostly LED exterior lighting, a new stereo with XM radio and an RV specific GPS.  Carpeted entryway. The original Xantrax inverter charger has been replaced with a much superior Magna-true sine inverter, which is 3 years old.  it has a ready brute car hitch, and the roof was resealed last summer at camping world.  I have also added a tire monitoring system.  it has gas heat, plus electric heat pumps in each of the three air handlers, and it has a on demand water heater, which is a must in a motorhome!   Everything works as expected, this RV is in absolutely great shape!  this is a great motorhome for someone who understands the value of good maintenance.  It has been maintained through Bankston Motorhomes, with an occasional trip to LEE SMITH in Chattanooga.  It has never missed a maintenance interval.
