Just in time for your summer vacation!  We purchased this RV in 2017 to use at a property that we have in the St. Louis area.  We have sold that property and so we are no longer in need of this great RV.  
This 2006 Keystone Sprinter has two huge slideouts and a glass patio sliding door that help it feel much larger than it is.  The large kitchen area is on one end and so if someone is cooking they have plenty of space and won't have to worry about traffic walking through a galley style kitchen.  
The standard mattress that came with this RV was very short and so we replaced it with a memory foam full sized mattress.  We also replaced the pull out sofa that originally came with the RV with a futon to allow for larger sitting space in the living room.  I am happy to offer a small discount if you wanted the RV without either of these two items.  
The water pump probably needs to be replaced.  It works fine but makes a funny noise and we ended up moving before we needed to use it again.  
One of the front leveling jacks was damaged when we recently moved it to our house.  See picture.  
Included in this purchase is a Sani-Con Turbo 300 maserator pump which works great to drain the black tank.

You can also see in the picture of the rear of the RV that one of the awnings isn't tight.  This allows water to pool here and did cause a small leak last summer during a heavy rain.  The leak was fixed but the awning still needs to be fixed so water can't sit on the top of the slide out.
