I am a single woman who bought and drove her from Atlanta in August 2019 up to South Dakota across SD and down to Colorado!  Engine is great!  I just cannot physically drive it without pain in my back and arms.
It's a great Class A for the money!  This Coachmen is under NADA.

I LOVED LIVING IN IT JUST HATE DRIVING AROUND SO MUCH! 
I skirted it myself this winter in Colorado with temps below 10 degrees regularly and she was great!

I just found it all too much eg:moving around, cost of campgrounds, fuel and plus I fell in LOVE WITH COLORADO SPRINGS so I found an apartment here and plan on staying.  It's very expensive in campgrounds in CS in summer!  Otherwise, I would still be in it.

She's a lovely Coachmen and needs someone to finish decorating her the way you want it.
I started subway tile in kitchen and custom tile in bathroom (have the tile) but didn't complete.
It's in storage here and I'm open to negotiations but not much lower than what I owe on her.
