Used to travel for the first 5 years but has been set up as a seasonal in Florida for the past 10 years, always located in Florida

• Well Maintained - all preventative maintenance has been done per manufactures recommendations
• Refrigerator replaced with a 110 only unit
• New microwave - 4 yrs. old
• New inverter - 2 yrs. old
• New ceiling fan/light - 1 yr. old
• New programmable thermostat - 1 yr. old
• New Awning - 2 yrs. old
• A/C serviced - 1 yr. ago
• 32" flat screen TV - 2 yrs. old
• Toilet has been changed to standard flush, RV toilet and new black water tank are with the trailer (can be changed back)
• Entry closet has a washer/dryer hook up but no washer/dryer is included. Added shelves to use as storage pantry
• Recoated roof every other year due to Florida heat- never leaked - would be due to be done in 2021
• Electric fireplace with heater in working order
• Have not used furnace in 4 years but was in working order when last used
• Hot water heater works on both gas and electric but sometimes carbons up on gas, may need to be cleaned - serviced in 2019
• All 4 slides are in working order, the large slide with table and couch sometime requires assistance from outside to get it started
• Tires have always been covered but original and may need to be updated prior to traveling

This unit is located at Lake Josephine RV Resort - Lot 74, 10809 US Hwy 27 South, Sebring, FL.

This unit must be removed from the park it is located in by buyer

Owner has many health issues and can no longer navigate the stairs safely.
