3 year old Michelin 275/70/22.5 steers in all positions,aluminum wheels, new shocks,new interstate batteries,new serpentine belts, just changed oil and serviced unit! Awning is almost new with pull down straps replaced on all awnings Ac vent covers replaced inside and new AC covers on roof units,everything works as it should. We spent 4 years in Port Aransas Texas before buying the mountain air last fall.
This unit is in pristine condition! Don't let the age scare you! We upgraded to the mountain air is the only reason for selling.
I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere !!
