It might be easier to tell you what *isn’t* new. The shell and interior cabinets. That’s about it! Things to note: *Bathroom buildout. We are selling at this price because we have not yet installed a bathroom. You could install it yourself, use a composting toilet or use a portable camp toilet. There is also not a hot water heater. The toilet and shower, and all the vent pipes, etc that we have for the bathroom are included. There are many campers without bathrooms, so you could instead set up the bathroom area as a bunkhouse and just rely on campground restrooms and showers. *There is a city water connection for freshwater but we haven’t installed a freshwater holding tank. This is optional depending on how you will be using the camper. *There is not a heating system, though the current roof A/C has a heat option, so you could buy the part it needs to become a heater, or swap out the entire system altogether. Again, this is optional if you won’t be camping in cold weather. *We have not installed the bellypan or underbelly insulation yet. We do have the corrugated plastic for the underbelly, and that comes with the camper as well. *No propane lines on the camper, but we did have the two 40# tanks recertified and you can have lines ran if you wish. Bonded title with one year left until it can be changed to a regular title.
