Purchased February of 2019.  Taken on 5 trips.  Like new condition.  Upgrades include solid steps, fire place, recliners, hitch w/ sway bars.  Will include pack of leveling blocks, wheel chocks,telescoping ladder (is awesome), battery, waste line, dvd converter box for hdmi hook-up to tv, furrion bluetooth backup camera(great when you are driving down the road) and surge protector for power hook-up and full trailer cover.  We love it but are going a different direction for leisure time.  Beautiful trailer w/ on the outside: large power awning w/ led lights, two doors w/ the main having "solid" steps, outdoor kitchen w/ grill and mini-fridge, speakers, outside shower.  Awning has inside and outside controls.  On the inside:10cuft full fridge and freezer, 3 burner cook-top w/ oven, two gray water tanks and one black water (hardly used), full bath w/ shower, wide 54"x75" double bunks, dinettes seats four comfortable and converts to bed.  Got rid of the jackknife sofa and have recliners.  Electric fire place heats the whole unit so you can use less propane. Furrion entertainment unit includes AM/FM, DVD player, TV antennae or satellite/cable hook-up, zoned speakers for inside, outsite or both.  Great interior finishes.  Huge pantry for storage (lots of storage overall).  Mini-blinds.  Lots of lighting including LED. Large slideout includes dinette and living seating (12').  Bedroom has lots of storage and has coax and blocking for wall mounted TV.  Unit has been kept in secure storage and has been covered.  Pulls like a dream.  Has electric brakes/brake control.  1,000BTU furnace, 13,500BTU AC (keeps it cold), 2 lp tanks with cover, aluminum wheels, .
