One owner, excellent floorplan great for couples or can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 3 children. Dual entry doors. Impressive amounts of storage, both inside and out. Exterior storage doors have slam latches and magnetic catches to hold them open.

Very spacious kitchen with ample countertop space, solid surface countertops, flush mount 3 burner range with oven, and large undermount sink. The couch directly faces the TV. The TV is on a power lift which retracts into the cabinet so you can enjoy the view through the large window behind it. Below the TV is a fireplace with electric heat. Great for staying warm when you don’t want to run the furnace on propane.

The front bedroom has a walk-around king size bed. We upgraded the original mattress to a custom, residential pillowtop mattress. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed in the living area and still allows for easy access around it to the rest of the camper.

There is a dedicated space for the trashcan with an access cutout through the kitchen counter. You can also access and empty the trash from outside the camper. There is an auxiliary gray tank dedicated for the kitchen sink and a main gray tank for the bathroom sink and shower.

This is a 30-amp camper with a single, ducted AC. Power awning with LED lights, and power tongue jack. Our F150 tows this trailer very well. Fully loaded for our last 3 week trip the trailer scaled at 6,560lbs and offers an impressive 2,994lbs of cargo carrying capacity. GVWR is 9160. New Goodyear Endurance load range E tires, wheel bearings repacked, and new deep cycle battery - all installed in May 2020. Weight distribution hitch, 30amp cord, and wireless backup camera system included.

We love this camper, it’s a little hard to let it go, but we love change and are ready for something new.
