Very good condition! AC/Heat, Inside and outside shower, toilet, stove inside, grill outside, Shower both in and out. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Heated mattresses. Fans, many bells and whistels. Very little use!  stored off Lithia Pinecrest and 39. Its an awesome unit! Our lives have changed drastically so we no longer have time to use it.: (
