Great rv for camping we've used this a few times camping. It has a big living area, solid surface countertops, porcelain toilet, we wax it every year so there's no major fading all the stickers are very good with no cracking. Has the polar package and insulated bottom it has a big 50gal freshwater tank Comes with 2 TV's. It is setup for 3 bunks or you can use the bottom bunk for storage. The kitchen table can be converted into a bed and the sofa is a pullout that can be a bed as well. it has a fantastic fan installed that moved the air very well. Has a newer 12v deep cycle battery.  It the trailer has a hitch that can be used to pull a trailering or jetskis or boat. We'd keep it but we don't need a bunkhouse anymore because our kids are older now. Please ask any questions. Motivated to sell so make an offer. Can look at it just about anytime.
