Description

32'7" Renovated Travel Trailer. We renovated this while living in it awaiting construction of our new home, and now we're ready for someone else to enjoy Wanda!

Here's what we renovated:

  • New vinyl plank flooring throughout, with the exception of the bathroom
  • Converted to more open concept
    • Removed attached furniture and table in slide out and replaced with leather fold out couch and custom made, butcher block dining table
    • Removed master bedroom wall and doors and converted to decorative wall with curtains
    • Converted master bedroom storage to bookshelf, altered under-bed storage for easier access
    • Removed top bunks in rear bedroom and added cabinet storage
  • Replaced old tv with flatscreen mounted to new wall
  • Replaced old countertop with butcher block
  • Replaced kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets
  • Installed tile backsplash
  • Repainted interior white and kitchen cabinetry charcoal
  • Replaced toilet with full size toilet
  • Replaced shower knobs and head
  • Cleaned and sealed exterior, including roof
    • Exterior is not super clean now, however, after our last road trip, and will need another seal check (recommended every 6 months)
  • Removed faded/cracking decals (only a few remaining)
  • Installed sway control hitch ($650 value, included with purchase)
  • Replaced all tires and spare
  • Replaced spare cover
  • Upgraded grey tank admittance valve to minimize smells
  • Replaced trailer jack
  • Replaced canopy
  • Added ceiling hook for baby bouncer (yeah, we did!)
  • Added wine bottle holders, yoga mat holders, hat hanger rack, towel rack in bathroom, produce bag hook, small shelving, etc.

Renovations we didn't finish:
  • Bathroom flooring (tile and caulk included with purchase)
  • Accordian shower curtain removal
    • We added a shower curtain and were planning on removing the standard one, then re-caulking the shower
  • Exterior detail and re-paint (not necessary, but we wanted to eventually)

Minor touch ups needed:
  • Some caulking and paint touch ups needed

All-in-all, this trailer is gorgeous and so much fun to be in! Utilities work perfectly and the length and high ceilings provide an open feel you just can't get with most travel trailers. Take a look and make an offer today!
